Provides basic nursing care under the direction of registered nurses. Performs a variety of health care related services and assists with clerical, environmental, and organizational tasks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Administers immunizations and other injections, tests for communicable disease, documents findings and maintains data.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: 2 years of clinical health experience preferred.
Education: Completion of an accredited LPN program.
Licenses and Certifications: Current Nursing License
